Compact filters relate to the filtration class from F6 to F9. They are mainly used in production units as second and third grade filters before HEPA filters or as the end filters in ventilation-AC centrals.
Compact filters in plastic frames: The filtration media is made from wet-laid glass fibre. An adequate composition of individual cardboard layers is preserved due to the separators made from glue. The filtration packet is subsequently installed into a plastic frame in the form of humps, which enlarge the filtration surface and provide the filter with adequate parameters.
Compact filters in metal frames: The filtration packet consists of water resistant cardboard made from glass fibre, which is laid on the aluminium distance separators and enclosed into the galvanised metal frame. The construction is sealed with glue and with gasket situated from the side of air flow or from the side given by customer. There are two options: with or without the collar.
Sorption filters: The aim of sorption filters is to catch the undesirable smells. They are installed in ventilation AC centrals in places with little pollution concentration. In order to obtain a sorption filter in metal frame, a cardboard with active carbon is accommodated with anti- dust filter in filtration class F7 and is subsequently fixed on the aluminium separators.
